Synthmind is a company in Greece developing drone fleet management software, mission planning software and aircraft concepts for search and response. Its three product areas are Pterops Fleet, Pterops Control, and Leo & Neso.

Pterops Fleet supports ground-based fleet readiness: aircraft records, maintenance, inventory, batteries, crew qualifications and sortie release. Pterops Control supports mission planning and coordination: search areas, routes, exclusions, human approval and operational evidence. Fleet addresses readiness; Control addresses mission coordination.

Pterops Fleet is being developed around site-owned records and disconnected workflows. Local records and synchronization support distributed teams when connections are interrupted. Deployment requirements and suitability for a particular site can be discussed as part of a pilot or evaluation.

An operator reviews a specific mission version before approving its execution. Pterops Control is a development prototype with simulation-based evidence. Aircraft teams are supervised groups; autonomous formation flight and collision avoidance are not claimed.

Leo is a lift-plus-cruise fixed-wing VTOL aircraft concept for wide-area search. Neso is a smaller, separately launched quadcopter concept for nearby search and confirmation. Both are engineering and simulation projects. They are not flight-ready products, and no measured endurance, range or payload is claimed.

The products presented on this website are in development. Software screenshots contain synthetic or simulated demonstration data. Aircraft images and films are design visualizations, including AI-generated scenes. These materials are not evidence of field deployment, certification or flight acceptance.
